EVENT SMALL PRINT - Wine & Dine with the Alpacas & Chicken & Bubbles
For our "Ladies Who Lunch" and "Chicken & Bubbles" 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. Final numbers are to be confirmed 48 hours prior to the event. Until this time the deposit is refundable however after inside of 48 hours the deposit becomes non refundable.
If due to unforseen circumstances the event has to be cancelled the deposit can be transfer to an alternative date however only if it is outside of the 48 hours. We start to purchase all the food in readiness and as we are not a restaurant we can't cover the loss if you cancel within 48 hours. Inside the 48 hours we will not refund the deposit even if you do rebook on another day.
Alcohol provided on the day as part of the cost is equivalent to one glass per person. Further wines are available to purchase at bar prices
